Loudon's Planning and Zoning Office has information available to anyone who has questions about the Town's Zoning Ordinance, Land Development Regulations, the Master Plan, Capital Improvements Program, Open Space Trail System Plan, and other planning-related materials.

Application deadline is 21 days (by 1:00 PM on Thursday) prior to the monthly meeting, which is the third Thursday of each month at the Loudon Town Office 55 South Village Rd at 7:00pm.
