PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to all residents of the Town of Loudon, the public and interested individuals that a Public Meeting will be held by the Loudon Planning Board at the Loudon Town Offices at 55 South Village Road, Loudon, NH on

Thursday, October 20, 2022, at 7:00 pm

The Board will hold Public Hearings to discuss the following applications:

Application #22-16 Lower Ridge Properties LLC – Subdivision of the property at Map 53 Lot 27 – Tax Map 53 Lot 27 – Lower Ridge Road.

Application #22-17 Dorothy Miller and Glynn Lloyd– Lot Line Adjustment to annex a portion of Lot 17 to Lot 14 – Tax Map 25 Lots 14 & 17 – Youngs Hill Road.

 

 

Applications continued to a subsequent meeting will not be re-noticed. Applications are available for review at the Loudon Planning Office.
