Zoning Board of Adjustment Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given to all residents of the Town of Loudon, the public, and interested individuals that a Public Meeting will be held by the Loudon Zoning Board of Adjustment in the Loudon Town Offices Meeting Room, 55 South Village Rd, Loudon, NH on

Thursday, December 22, 2022, at 7:00PM.

The following Public Hearing is scheduled:

Application #Z22-42 Jared Whittemore – Map 12 Lot 38 – Variance to permit temporary camping to be extended past 21 days – Cross Brook Road.

The Board will also discuss the following new business:

Application #Z22-41 Laura & Curtis Darling – Map 58 Lot 40 – Motion to rehear Application #Z22-29 Laura & Curtis Darling – Berry Road.  

Applications continued to a subsequent meeting will not be re-noticed. Full applications may be viewed at the Loudon Planning and Zoning office.
