Planning Board

Loudon's Planning and Zoning Office has information available to anyone who has questions about the Town's Zoning Ordinance, Land Development Regulations, the Master Plan, Capital Improvements Program, Open Space Trail System Plan, and other planning-related materials.
The application deadline is 15 days (before 4:00 pm on Wednesday) prior to the monthly meeting, which is the third Thursday of each month at the Loudon Town Office 55 South Village Rd at 7:00 pm. Applications will only be accepted during office hours Monday- Thursday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and Tuesdays from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Applications for Subdivisions, Lot Line Adjustments, and Site Plan Review must be submitted to the Technical Review Committee prior to formal submission to the Planning Board. The TRC review process must be initiated by the applicant or their representative, in writing, 28 days prior to the next scheduled Planning Board hearing. Both a paper copy and PDF version of the completed application are due with this written request for review. The Technical Review Committee (TRC) will meet 21 days prior to the Planning Board public hearing. The deadline for materials submission after the TRC meeting remains the same as the general Planning Board application deadline (15 days prior to the public hearing). Any materials submitted after this deadline WILL NOT be considered at the public hearing.
