Notice is hereby given to all residents of the Town of Loudon, the public and interested individuals that a Public Hearing will be held by the Loudon Planning Board at the Loudon Town Offices at 55 South Village Road, Loudon, NH on
Thursday, April 21, 2022, at 7:00 pm
The Board will discuss the following applications:
Application #22-03 – Milligan Family Trust & Clairmont Family 2017 Revocable Trust – Lot Line Adjustment – Map 57 Lot 8 & Map 58 Lot 67
Application #22-04 – Cobblestone Properties of Epsom – Condominium Subdivision – Map 49 Lot 123
