Notice is hereby given to all residents of the Town of Loudon, the public and interested individuals that Public Hearings will be held by the Loudon Planning Board at the Loudon Town Offices at 55 South Village Road, Loudon, NH on
Thursday, June 16, 2022
The Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 p.m. on the proposed updates to the Land Development Regulations, followed by their June meeting at 7:00 p.m. where the Board will discuss the following applications:
Application #22-07 3GG, LLC – Site Development showing two new structures, gravel parking, and storage areas for cranes and HVAC equipment to be installed on other sites – Map 50 Lot 12 – Route 106 N & Mudgett Hill Road
Application #22-08 Cecile & Kate Merrill – Lot Line Adjustment to annex a portion of Lot 1 to Lot 5 – Map 27 Lots 1 & 5 – NH Route 129 near the Gilmanton Town Line
Applications continued to a subsequent meeting will not be re-noticed. Applications are available for review at the Loudon Planning Office.
