PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to all residents of the Town of Loudon, the public and interested individuals that a Public Meeting will be held by the Loudon Planning Board at the Loudon Town Offices at 55 South Village Road, Loudon, NH on

Thursday, November 17, 2022, at 7:00 pm

The Board will hold a Public Hearing to discuss draft documents for the Capital Improvements Program (CIP) followed by their monthly meeting where they will hold Public Hearings to discuss the following applications:

 Application #22-18 7097 Fillmore Realty Trust & McGill's Properties - Lot Line Adjustment to annex a portion of Lot 9 to Lot 11 – Tax Map 40 Lots 11 & 9 – Currier Road.

Application #22-19 3GG, LLC – Site Plan to show location of two new structures and gravel parking and storage areas for the purpose of storage of large cranes and HVAC equipment to be installed on other sites – Tax Map 50 Lot 12 – NH Route 106 & Mudgett Hill Road.

Applications continued to a subsequent meeting will not be re-noticed. Applications are available for review at the Loudon Planning Office.
