PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to all residents of the Town of Loudon, the public and interested individuals that Public Hearings will be held by the Loudon Planning Board at the Loudon Town Offices at 55 South Village Road, Loudon, NH on

Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 7:00 pm

 

The Board will hold the following Hearings: 

Application #22-18 7097 Fillmore Realty Trust & McGill's Properties – Lot Line Adjustment to annex a portion of Lot 9 to Lot 11 – Tax Map 40 Lots 11 & 9 – Currier Road.

Application #22-19 3GG, LLC – Site Plan to show location of two new structures and gravel parking and storage areas for the purpose of storage of large cranes and HVAC equipment to be installed on other sites – Tax Map 50 Lot 12 – NH Route 106 & Mudgett Hill Road.

The Board will hold a hearing on draft documents for the Capital Improvements Program.

 

Applications continued to a subsequent meeting will not be re-noticed. Applications are available for review at the Loudon Planning Office.
